ASSET BACKED INVESTMENT IN INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE BONDS (Fixed Interest, Loan Notes, etc.)

You would like to invest in real estate but do not have sufficient funds to BUY a property? GREEN ESTATE INVESTMENT can guide you through the world of asset-backed loan notes (bonds, fixed interest), which form a very useful additional to a balanced investment portfolio.

Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT) tells us that we must diversify our investment portfolio, which will normally include cash in the bank, fixed interest (bonds, loan notes, etc.), equities, derivatives, real estate, and, last but certainly not least, as GREEN ESTATE INVESTMENT are emphasiSing, AGROFORESTRY (green investments, bio/eco friendly investments) as mentioned in our GREEN ECO-FRIENDLY Investment page.

However, for some investors buying a real estate property may not be financially possible, or suitable, so how can you make money in real estate without actually BUYING the property, and then renting it out, and then, selling it again at a later date, hopefully at a profit?

The answer is real estate BONDS (fixed interest, loan notes, corporate bonds), where the developer invites you to participate in the development, be it a new development, or re-furbish an old property, or a combination of the two.

Inevitably investors will require a certain amount of security before entering into a loan situation, but with “asset-backed loan notes”, the security is in the value of the property itself, and the developer will never borrow more to finish off the project than the value of the real estate itself, indeed, the normal LTV (Loan to Value ratio) is normally well below 70%.

At GREEN ESTATE INVESTMENT we can introduce you to various projects, mostly in the United Kingdom, and, as an example, we quote a model  portfolio of £100,000 showing an average annualised return of 11.4%, total return after three years 34.22%.

(PLEASE NOTE: GREEN ESTATE INVESTMENT do NOT offer specific Investment Advice as deemed by the various Regulators in the UK (FCA) and Europe, we are merely exploring the markets for real estate and eco-friendly investments, and we will then introduce you to the projects’ provider / promotor.)
